Soap Dispenser, Liquid 1l – Surface Mounted

SPECIFICATION

Vertical Soap Dispenser shall hold and dispense up to 1.18 litres

of liquid soap and be fabricated of 22 gauge type 304 stainless

steel alloy 18-8. Front exposed surface shall be matte black

powder coat finish. Valve shall be constructed of a plastic valve

body and push button and plastic internal parts. Unit shall have

a hinged stainless steel refill door on top of unit, which is opened

with special key provided.

INSTALLATION

Unit is surface mounted to wall or partition with a wall mounting

plate (supplied) and screws (supplied). Unit is secured to

interlocking wedge bracket and locked in place by a screw

(supplied) installed through rear wall and accessed thru

unlatched hinged refill door. For mounting height standards refer

to current Building Code of Australia for able bodied and/or

disabled use.

SOAP REQUIREMENTS

Proper usage of this dispenser requires, that only soap within

the following range for viscosity and pH may be used:

? Viscosity Range (mPa·s or cP): 100 – 3500

? pH Range: 5.5 ~ 8.5

OPERATION

Soap is manually dispensed by depressing push button. Unit is

refilled through hinged refill door at top requiring special key

(supplied) to open. Soap tank will continue to feed properly until

empty. Tank supply is refilled manually on cycle determined by

maintenance needs.

WARRANTY

One year.

shall be Model No. 10-0341-41 as supplied by ASI JD

MacDonald.

All ASI JD MacDonald disabled compliant products when

installed must be in accordance with AS1428 to ensure the

specified product is complying with all washroom specification

requirements.
