Refund policy
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you notice damage to your item once receiving delivery please contact us immediately or no later than 24 hours. We will work with you to get images to be able to inspect the damage and investigate if the damage occurred during transport or a faulty item. It is very important to get the tradesman to inspect goods prior to installation. Goods that are damaged prior to installation or installed incorrectly are not the responsibility of Icon Bathware.
Goods that are deemed faulty as a result of a manufacturers defect will be covered by the suppliers warranty. Our team will work with you to get all relevant information to lodge a warranty claim.
CHANGE OF MIND
Our team will make the best effort to facilitate a replacement, store credit or a refund. Please contact our team and we will organise a way for the items to be shipped or collected.

Items that have not been dispatched:
As orders typically take 2-3 business days to process you can request a full refund based on a change of mind.
Items that have been delivered:
If your order has been dispatched but are still boxed and not opened in the condition you received them, you may return the within 30 days for a full refund minus the shipping fee and re-stocking fee. The fees are as follows:
Tapware, showers, basins, toilets, kitchen/laundry sinks and accessories - A 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Baths - A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Goods and Packaging must be in the original condition. Unfortunately, our supplies do not accept goods that are not fit for re-sale or in the original packaging therefore making it an item we cannot return.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Vanity Units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets, Custom Made/ Made to order basins and Tapware.
All of the above items cannot be returned or refunded.
Nood Co basins are custom made and cannot be returned.
Sussex Tapware are made to order and cannot be returned.
Par Taps are made to order and cannot be returned.
GOOD WITH DAMAGED IR MISSING PACKAGING
Goods and Packaging must be in the original condition. Unfortunately, our suppliers do not accept goods that are not fit for re-sale or in the original packaging therefore making it an item we cannot return.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for us to book a return we will need photos to be provided to indicate the condition of the goods or packaging prior to them being sent back. We will not accept any returns if you have attempted to install or use the products.
